9:30 – 10:30 am — Kochi Castle (高知城)

• Explore one of Japan’s few remaining original castles. 
• Walk the castle keep, stone foundations, and gardens.

11:15 am – 12:45 pm — Shimanto River & Submersible Bridge (四萬十川・沈下橋)

• Drive along the scenic Shimanto River, often called Japan’s last undammed river.
   
• Stop at a submersible bridge, unique to the region, and take a short walk to admire the riverbanks, bamboo groves, and tranquil rural scenery.
   
• Optional photo stops or short riverside walk.
   

12:45 – 1:30 pm — Lunch Break

2:30 – 4:00 pm — Cape Ashizuri Park (足摺岬公園)

4:15 – 5:00 pm — Return to Kochi Port
