What is cruise booking transfer?
- Moving your existing cruise booking from your current travel agency to Japan Adventure Club, or
- Adding Japan Adventure Club as your travel agent on a direct booking you made with the cruise line.
What is the procedure?
- If you booked through another travel agency, you’ll need to contact them and request the transfer.
- If you booked your cruise directly with the cruise line, simply reach out to the cruise line and ask them to assign Japan Adventure Club as your travel agent.
What will be changed?

What booking can be transferred?
Most cruise lines have specific guidelines and restrictions that apply when transferring a reservation. In general, your booking must have only a deposit paid—if you’ve already paid in full or made your final payment, the transfer typically cannot be approved.
What is called date restriction?
Be aware of the date restriction for transferring your cruise reservation. Most cruise lines allow transfers only within a specific time frame—usually 30 to 90 days from the date of booking. If you miss this window, the transfer cannot be processed, so it’s important to request it before the deadline expires.

- Azamara: 60 days and cannot involve a change in currency.
- Cunard, Princess, Holland America, & Seabourn: 90 days.
- Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, & Silversea: 30 days.
- Norwegian, Oceania, & Regent Seven Seas: 14 days.
